They are seeking a dynamic and visionary person to join their Executive Leadership Team (ELT) . This pivotal role is accountable for supporting organizational performance by strategically overseeing and optimizing shared services across multiple departments. These include Information Technology, Project Management, Reporting & Analytics, Procurement & Contract Management, Marketing & Communications , and Corporate Administration .

This VP level role will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation . This position demands an accomplished professional with a proven ability to align cross-departmental efforts toward achieving the organization’s mission and goals . Here are some of the key responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

• Champion the organization’s strategic priorities by aligning corporate services with broader organizational goals.
• Serve as an advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and act on behalf of the CEO when delegated responsibilities.

Information Technology (IT)

Project Management, Reporting & Analytics

Procurement, Contract Management, & Administration

This is a fully in office role based in downtown Edmonton (parking provided). The role reports directly to the CEO and will play a critical role in the success of the organization.
