Job description
Salesforce Solution / System Architects :
- Knowledge and experience in implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud in Telco customer for Order Capture and Ordering Catalog.
- The role is to understand business requirements and map to system capabilities / features, whether it's supported by Salesforce or requires customization.
- Create System workflows between different ordering phases and components.
- Define Features and Acceptance Criteria's, interfacing with teams from the eco-system that's interfacing with Salesforce ( Service Now, Telecom Billing , Dealer commissioning , Equipment Setup scheduling )
- Preferably in Canada ( GTA, Montreal, Ottawa) , otherwise close to EST time zone .
