Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager, Client Accounts (Revenue Operations) to join our dynamic Client Operations team. This role is crucial to maintaining and growing our key client relationships, ensuring their success by managing their revenue operations effectively. As the primary strategy point of contact, you will address client needs related to CRM systems, marketing automation, sales processes, and customer success strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Solutions Architects, Project Managers and the Director of Client Operations, to deliver tailored solutions that align with our clients' business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management :
- Serve as the main strategy point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand and address clients' business objectives and operational needs related to revenue operations.
- Ensure consistent communication and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting client satisfaction and performance.
