Job descriptionCreate regular performance reports and dashboards highlighting key performance Work collaboratively with demand planner to ensure fulfillment goals are met for each Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support the team and the Provide backup support and be go to for customer service / logistics / operations Support strategic decision-making by translating complex data into clear business 2+ years of experience in retail or wholesale analytics, merchandise planning, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Experience with retail / wholesale management systems and POS data analysis Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Experience working on a Walmart account preferred Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable presenting data-driven recommendations to various stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Passion for retail trends and consumer behavior
