Position : Dynamics 365 F&O Business System Analyst / Functional Consultant
Location : Concord, Ontario
Job Type : Full-time permanent, Hybrid
Our client, a leader in the construction / real estate space, is currently seeking a Dynamics 365 Business System Analyst with experience in the Finance and Operation (F&O) Module to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Dynamics 365 as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or functional consultant, with a focus on F&O module. Experience with D365 migration projects or post-migration support is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with end users to conduct needs analysis and GAP analysis, and subsequently implementing D365 enhancements based on these findings.
- Future state process mapping
- Training end users on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Setting up F&O reporting, including customizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports within Dynamics 365. Excellent communication skills are essential as the position requires interaction with vendors and senior stakeholders.
- Patch management and providing 1st and 2nd level support for Dynamics 365, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues promptly.
