Ce poste administre tous les programmes de santé et aide à tous les aspects de la santé, de la sécurité et de l'environnement. Il fournit également un soutien pour une gamme de programmes et de services de ressources humaines, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter : avantages sociaux, formation, paie.

Respecte les programmes environnement, de santé et de sécurité de l'entreprise. Fournit un soutien au

coordonnateur de l'ESS et à l'équipe asat.

Administre les programmes de santé des plantes (audiométrie, risques pour la santé, stress thermique,

équipement mobile, protection respiratoire, etc.)

Administrer et assurer le suivi de toutes les blessures et maladies de tous les employés

Planifie les visites des infirmières à l'usine pour les programmes médicaux et prépare la documentation

Administre et tient à jour le site Web de l'ESS

Fournit des statistiques mensuelles sur les incidents d'ESS

Tient à jour la SDD et la base de données chimiques

Tient à jour la base de données d'échantillonnage

Effectue des audits dans l'atelier sur divers aspects de l'ESS

Fournit un soutien aux SPA ESS pendant les vérifications.

Apprend et comprend les règles et réglementations EHS de l'entreprise.

Porte de l'équipement de protection au besoin.

Suit toutes les règles de sécurité.

Signale les dangers pour la sécurité, les actes dangereux et tout accident conformément aux procédures de

l'entreprise.

Fournit un soutien aux conseillers en ressources humaines sur divers aspects (paie, base de données des RH,

avantages sociaux, etc.)

Position : EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and HR Advisor

Status : Permanent

Location : Laval, Quebec

This role administers all health programs and supports various aspects of health, safety, and the environment. It also provides assistance with a range of human resources programs and services, including but not limited to : benefits, training, and payroll.

Responsibilities :

Adhere to the company's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and provide support to the EHS Coordinator and team.

Administer plant health programs (audiometry, health risks, heat stress, mobile equipment, respiratory protection, etc.).

Manage and track all employee injuries and illnesses.

Schedule nurse visits for medical programs and prepare the necessary documentation.

Administer and maintain the EHS website.

Provide monthly statistics on EHS incidents.

Maintain the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and chemical database.

Keep the sampling database up to date.

Conduct shop floor audits on various EHS aspects.

Support EHS Representatives during audits.

Learn and understand the company's EHS rules and regulations.

Wear protective equipment as needed.

Follow all safety rules and report safety hazards, unsafe acts, and any incidents per company procedures.

Support HR Advisors with various tasks (payroll, HR databases, benefits, etc.).

Provide various information to employees.
