Client is leading property restoration and construction company in Southern Ontario, providing emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties affected by floods, fires, or other property damage. They are looking to add a Large Loss Project Manager based out of the Toronto Office.RoleAs a Project Manage you would be required to manager multiple restoration files at any given time. On site estimation for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction. Schedule cleanup crews and equipment. Schedule and supervise sub trades. Meet with Insurance adjusters and clients. Document claims, scopes of work and services provided. Manage all contracts.QualificationsFive (5) years of project management experience, preferably in insurance restorationMinimum of (2) years of experience with large / complex project management in residential, multifamily and commercial restorationEstimating experience of wood frame home construction.Experience overseeing emergency mitigations and / or construction projects, both residential and commercialWorking knowledge of the building envelope, building sciences and project managementA proven track record to monitoring job costs to ensure job profitabilityIICRC certification would be an assetWorking knowledge of XactimateComputer literacy is a must for this positionCriminal Record Check.Job Type : Full-time~ Pay : $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
