About the Role :

Are you ready to craft compelling media strategies that make iconic brands shine? As the Canada Media Manager at Ferrero, you’ll be the responsible, at Country Level, of Media guidelines definition and implementation. You'll lead the charge of allocating yearly Media Planning resource at the local level in total accordance with Marketing Managers. As the Canada Media Manager, you'll oversee the overall media activities and projects for Canada, in accordance with Group / Area Media Procurement standards and frameworks. You'll also periodically monitor and report campaign results, along with agency performance. Additionally, you'll lead media budget management, agency invoicing, and ensure timely invoicing and payments reconciliation.

This role is hybrid and is located at 100 Sheppard Avenue East, North York, ON M2N 6N5

Main Responsibilities :

MEDIA GUIDELINES DEFINITION

• Defines Media guidelines and strategies for Canada by category, according to local Brand strategy defined by Canada Marketing Leads and local priorities identified by Area Media Manager, in total alignment with the Area Media guidelines
• Ensures Local Media guidelines implementation
• Briefs the Local Media strategy according to the Tender / No-Tender Group guidelines
• Ensures the respect and alignment between local Media guidelines and Media Procurement & Governance frameworks and standards defined by the Group
• Updates periodically Area Media Manager on Media topics (both Traditional and Digital)
• Identifies and shares best practices (collected also from the Group) and innovative ideas which could be replicated for the Media Categories across country
• Implements the Area Media guidelines and provides any potential comments and feedbacks
• Leads media projects development at local level also driving media agencies in media projects development
