We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager, Canada to spearhead growth across Canadian eCommerce platforms, retail channels, and distribution networks. Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Craft and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Canada.

Business Development

  • Identify new opportunities and partnerships, unlocking untapped sales channels and enhancing market share.
  • Account Management

  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with retail and distribution partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • eCommerce Optimization

  • Maximize eCommerce sales by refining product listings, driving targeted marketing campaigns, and executing impactful promotions.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and deliver actionable insights through accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications :

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably with Canadian customers or within the Canadian market.
  • Proven success in eCommerce and retail sales is essential.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with an assertive approach to follow-up and closing deals.
  • Strong administrative abilities, self-motivation, and a knack for working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific software.
  • Specialized Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of electricity.
  • Comfort working on ladders at heights of 20-25 feet.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Fluency in both English and French is preferred.
