We’re looking for a highly motivated Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M2) to join our team in Fort Erie, ON. If you're ready to play a key role in keeping our aircraft in top-flight condition—while adhering to the highest standards in the industry—this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do :
Step into a critical position that blends hands-on technical expertise with safety-first precision. You’ll be responsible for everything from the assembly and mechanical installation of aircraft systems to final test flights and post-maintenance verifications.
Bring Aircraft to Life – Assemble and inspect aircraft, disassemble for painting, and prepare for customer delivery
Execute with Precision – Use manuals and standards to guide all maintenance activities to meet Transport Canada regulations
Detect & Correct – Perform detailed inspections, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
Test & Validate – Oversee and perform functional checks on systems such as fuel, engine, and hydraulics
Support the Mission – Prep and polish aircraft post-testing and ensure it’s flight-ready
Stay Organized & Efficient – Maintain clean work areas, manage tooling, and ensure production bays are safe and FOD-free
Document Everything – Ensure all maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with the Lead Hand, QA teams, and flight crews to ensure operational excellence
Ensure Airworthiness – Conduct post-maintenance runs, track and balance, and verify system functionality for final delivery
What You Bring :
Certified Expertise – TCCA AME License & completion of a Transport Canada-approved maintenance program
3+ years as a licensed AME
Eligible for enrollment in the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
Hands-On Skillset – Strong mechanical aptitude, inspection skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
