We are currently seeking a hands-on technical engineering leader with experience in building Ad formats / products and infrastructure innovation. The role involves enhancing product development velocity, standardizing formats infrastructure, considering end-to-end impact (Ad rendering, Ad serving, ranking, measurement), and accelerating new formats innovation. We value someone who can collaborate across organizational and functional boundaries to find solutions and is unafraid to dive into the details to create scalable solutions.
