We are strengthening our presence in our communities, particularly on the South Shore, North Shore, and the Island of Montreal.We are looking for a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant.Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing your own client portfolio in a specific geographical area (SMEs and groups across all industries), from prospecting to meetings, negotiations, and client loyalty.
• Providing solutions to your candidates and clients through your sector expertise and knowledge of various roles.
• Independently sourcing profiles via our CRM (developed specifically for FED on Salesforce), job boards, professional networks, and direct approaches.
• Building trust-based relationships with your candidates by supporting them in their professional journey : conducting interviews, providing guidance for client interviews, etc.
• Recommending candidates to your clients based on their respective projects and needs.Your profile :
• A graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or equivalent, and bilingual (French / English).
• You are persistent, have a sense of excellence, and enjoy seeing your initiatives through to completion.
• You are known for your ability to persuade others through listening and effective argumentation.
• You are pragmatic, often adopting a concrete and results-oriented approach.
• You have previous professional experience in the Greater Montreal area.What we offer :
