Digital HQ, located in Laval, Quebec, seeks an experienced bilingual (French and English) Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative and innovative team!

This role is based at our Headquarters in Laval, Quebec, Canada and requires on-site presence. A flexible hybrid work model is available, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Digital HQ is a digital marketing agency that offers graphic design, social media management, and web development services to a wide range of automotive clients. We use social media strategies to craft compelling and interactive online experiences for our clients, maximizing audience engagement and fostering brand growth.

Role and Responsibilities :

As a  Social Media Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in our team's success. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Preparing detailed social media calendars and developing creative strategies for a variety of automotive clients
  • Crafting engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn that drives customer engagement and brand recognition
  • Shooting vehicle videos and marketing content.
  • Editing vehicle videos and marketing content
  • Creating reels
  • Writing compelling monthly blogs that showcase our clients' unique offerings and industry expertise
  • Updating and managing multiple social media accounts, ensuring a consistent schedule and high-quality content

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications, or a mix of relevant real-world work experience
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in the marketing field, preferably in the automotive industry or similar
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all content is polished and aligns with brand guidelines
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engaging and growing online communities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Proven experience in Social Media management with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms
  • Self-directed and motivated to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Flexible, adaptable, able to multitask, and committed to due dates and deadlines
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in French and English; fluency in both speaking and writing is a must
  • Driver's license
  • Experience in automotive marketing would be an asset

    Rôle et responsabilités

    En tant que coordinateur (trice) media sociaux, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le succès de notre équipe. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes

  • Préparer des calendriers détaillés pour les médias sociaux et développer des stratégies créatives pour une variété de clients du secteur automobile.
  • Rédiger du contenu engageant pour Facebook, Instagram et LinkedIn qui stimule l'engagement des clients et la reconnaissance de la marque.
  • Tourner des vidéos de véhicules et du contenu marketing
  • Monter des vidéos de véhicules et du contenu marketing
  • Videos reels
  • Rédiger des blogs mensuels convaincants qui présentent les offres uniques de nos clients et leur expertise du secteur.
  • Mettre à jour et gérer plusieurs comptes de médias sociaux, en assurant un calendrier cohérent et un contenu de haute qualité
  • Entretenir des relations avec les clients, les concessionnaires et les partenaires externes.
  • Soutenir le responsable marketing dans la réalisation d'études de marché et d'analyses de la concurrence afin d'identifier les tendances, les opportunités et les domaines potentiels de croissance.

    • Qualifications et exigences :

  • Formation post-secondaire en marketing ou en communication OU une combinaison d'expérience professionnelle pertinente et concrète.
  • Expérience confirmée (2+ ans) dans le domaine du marketing, de préférence dans l'industrie automobile ou similaire.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à établir des priorités dans un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale, sens aigu du détail et sens créatif.
  • Une attention exceptionnelle aux détails, en s'assurant que tout le contenu est soigné et conforme aux directives de la marque.
  • Connaissance des plateformes de médias sociaux et des meilleures pratiques pour engager et développer les communautés en ligne.
  • Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en collaboration au sein d'une équipe, en faisant preuve de flexibilité et d'adaptabilité.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion des médias sociaux avec une forte concentration sur les plateformes Facebook, Instagram, TikTok et LinkedIn.
  • Autonome et motivé pour apprendre, capacité à suivre des instructions et à travailler de manière indépendante.
  • Flexible et adaptable, capable de travailler en multitâche et de respecter les échéances et les délais.
  • Esprit d'équipe et excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles
  • Bilingue en français et en anglais ; l'aisance à l'oral et à l'écrit est indispensable.
  • Une expérience en marketing automobile serait un atout.
