Schedule: 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am rotating every 2 weeks
$41 to $43.40 per hour based on experience
Level 2/3 apprentices - 34.85 to 38.95/hr based on hours completed.

RESPONSIBILTIES
Responsible for installing, maintaining and trouble shooting electrical systems in accordance with current electrical code.
Receive daily work orders and organize work in order to complete in a expeditious manner, including determining the necessary materials and equipment.
Complete maintenance repair documents.
Demonstrate your commitment to safety in the workplace and maintain a clean w work area at all times.
Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
Understand and interpret schematic drawings and symbols, as well as manufacturers manuals and specifications and logic diagrams for pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Understand PLC programming and interpreting ladder logic for troubleshooting, revisions or new equipment installations.
Ability to troubleshoot PLC hardware using a laptop computer.
Repair or replace defective parts; lubricate, inspect, clean machine parts as per PM procedures.
Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels.
Connect wiring and hydraulic lines to install electrical and hydraulic components.
Comply with Ontario Electrical Safety Code regulations for installations and modifications. Log activities.
Have a basic understanding of OHSA regulations on machine safety devices and guarding. Understand and practice safe working procedures. Use personal protective equipment with lockout or isolation procedures as required. Understand the environmental aspects and impacts of maintenance duties and work towards reducing them. Use fall arrest and safe work practices at elevated heights.
REQUIRMENTS
Certificate of Qualification - 442 or 309A -Active member within good standings of Skilled Trades Canada.
Open to Level 3 apprentice (adjusted salary)
Mechanical aptitude.
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic systems preferred.
Expereince with Stamping equipment
Good hand-eye coordination with exceptional attention to detail.
