This company is seeking a Leasing Coordinator for residential rental portfolio in Vancouver.

Your new role

As the Leasing Coordinator you will work closely with the Building Manager and have primary responsibility for all aspects of leasing and leasing administration for the property. You will have primary responsibility for all aspects of leasing and lease administration for the property. You will actively respond to leasing inquiries, coordinate property tours, and collaborate with the Property Manager to effectively market the property. You screen potential residents and handle lease administration tasks such as rent collection and move-in / move-out inspections. The Leasing Coordinator works closely with the Property Manager and Building Manager to complete paperwork, monitor maintenance, and ensure tenant requests are addressed promptly. You are responsible for building safety and security, maintaining a strong presence on the property, and providing excellent customer service to residents and trades.

W hat you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in various technologies, have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a strong customer service orientation. The candidate should exhibit good judgment in resolving problems and conflicts. Additionally, they must be willing to be available for after-hours and should have excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Preference is given to those who are familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act and have worked within residential property management.
