We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our team! The selected individual will be highly motivated and have service experience.
Responsibilities :
- On site service of plumbing, heating, HVAC
- Start-up and commissioning of new and repaired equipment
- Work on hydronic heating
- Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems & Provide repair solutions
- Provide repair solutions
- Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
- Install or repair gas fired appliances. Leak detection and gas pressure calibration
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Prepare written tech reports and email into office after each job
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures in compliance with company's COR safety program
- Maintain and operate a company vehicle
