Job descriptionManage weekly inventory replenishment and purchasing from assigned vendor partners to ensure optimal stock levels. Analyze demand patterns to minimize stock shortages and overages, maintaining a 95%+ fill rate on key product categories. Develop and refine procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency and overall supply chain performance. Oversee pricing, contracts, and product codes, continuously evaluating item performance and supplier relationships. Collaborate with sales teams to support large-scale projects and respond efficiently to procurement requests. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with business objectives. Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with relevant certifications or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage inventory levels and optimize purchasing processes. Negotiation skills and commercial acumen to drive cost savings while ensuring product quality and supply reliability. Proficiency in procurement software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting. Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
