Their expert teams – from licensed payroll specialists to paralegals – are passionate about delivering best-in-class solutions. As we expand our reach and impact, we're looking for a strategic, collaborative leader to help shape the future of our business services operations.
The Role :

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role during an exciting period of growth. We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts visionary and doer—someone who sees the path forward and has the skills and mindset to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team (payroll, legal, HR, and more), fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement scalable systems and workflows that support service delivery, client success, and internal operations.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align business services strategy with company growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced service offerings; think creatively about how we can better serve our clients.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and manage the logistics required to support a growing nationwide client base.
- Champion clear, open communication across departments and with clients.
- Set performance goals, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure team success.
