As we expand our reach and impact, we're looking for a strategic, collaborative leader to help shape the future of our business services operations.

The Role :

We’re seeking a Senior  Business Services Manager to join our leadership team and take charge of both the big picture vision and the practical logistics that bring it to life. This role will be responsible for unifying, growing, and optimizing several specialist teams, ensuring they’re equipped to scale and deliver exceptional support to our diverse client base, nationwide.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role during an exciting period of growth. We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts visionary and doer—someone who sees the path forward and has the skills and mindset to make it happen.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team (payroll, legal, HR, and more), fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement scalable systems and workflows that support service delivery, client success, and internal operations.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align business services strategy with company growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced service offerings; think creatively about how we can better serve our clients.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and manage the logistics required to support a growing nationwide client base.
  • Champion clear, open communication across departments and with clients.
  • Set performance goals, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure team success.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience in operations and business services (bonus points for experience in professional services
  • Experience in Client facing Delivery
  • Experience leading, mentoring & developing high performing teams
  • A collaborative, forward-thinking leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker who’s comfortable building out big-picture plans and executing the details.
  • Ability to lead through change and inspire teams during high-growth phases.
  • Comfortable navigating and optimizing across multiple functions and specialties.
  • Strong project management skills with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
  • Experience with Contracts and procurement processes
