Summary
Our client is looking for a versatile hospitality professional (Cook & Hospitality Generalist) for an affluent family (UHNWI) with residences in Nassau (The Bahamas) and in the Muskoka region (Ontario, Canada). Responsibilities include light cooking (lunch and dinner), table setup and service, and personal assistance duties.
The objective of this role is to assist the principals (home owners) in their daily lives. This role requires living in Nassau (accommodation provided) for about 8 months and in the Muskoka for about 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan menus, including shopping for fresh produce and ingredients, and maintaining kitchen inventory.
- Prepare daily lunches and dinners, set the table and perform table service.
- Occasional small dinner parties or events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure proper stock management.
- Perform various errands, such as grocery, supplies, etc.
- Online shopping, purchases and reservations.
- Occasional driving.
- Take care of a dog (walk, sitting, vet visits, etc).
