GMS Analyst (Gas Management Services)
1 year contract
HYBRID Role - 3 days Onsite 2 days remote
Working Conditions
- Availability and willingness to work : day and evening rotations including weekends and an on-call schedule. Sample rotations : day (8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm), evening (2 : 00 pm – 11 : 00 pm), weekend (10 : 00 am – 11 : 00 pm).
- College diploma and / or university degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven understanding of PC applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Web browsers) required.
- Ability to quickly learn information technology systems used to enable GMS business processes is an asset.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines is desired.
- Two or more years of previous scheduling experience or comparable industry experience is desired.
- Prepare accurate monthly activity statements for EGI customers used for invoicing and verification of supply and transportation invoices.
- Respond to inquiries from pipelines, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure any discrepancies are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers, agents, marketers, and interconnecting pipelines.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to GMS Analysts, customers, and stakeholders.
