Job descriptionConduct gap analysis and recommend best-fit solutions within Oracle ERP. Oracle ERP Configuration & Optimization : Optimize system performance and ensure alignment with industry best practices. Functional Support & Troubleshooting : Work with IT and business teams to troubleshoot system inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Process Improvement & System Enhancements : Support ERP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements. Testing & Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure seamless integration. Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, etc.). Technical Skills : Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into system solutions. Soft Skills : Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP. Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools. Previous involvement in ERP system migrations or upgrades.
Oracle Functional Analyst ERP Program
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Functional Analyst to support our ERP Program by ensuring seamless system operations, optimizing Oracle ERP modules, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, configure Oracle ERP modules, and provide functional support to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules to align with business needs.
Provide end-user support and resolve Oracle ERP functional issues.
Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements.
Develop and execute test cases for system modifications and upgrades.
Work closely with finance, supply chain, HR, and IT teams to align ERP functionalities with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Analyst or similar role in ERP implementation and support.
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP configurations, workflows, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
