We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into our systems, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Key Responsibilities : Data Entry : Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Data Verification : Review and verify data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before entering it into the system. Document Management : Organize and maintain physical or electronic files, ensuring that data is stored properly and easily retrievable. Data Cleansing : Identify and correct errors in data, ensuring that all records are current and consistent. Required Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar data processing role. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets). Familiarity with data management systems, CRM software, or database software is a plus. Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with data entry in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, customer service). Familiarity with data entry speed and accuracy standards (e.g., WPM, keystrokes per hour). Knowledge of database management or data analysis tools.
