Job Title : Salesforce Program Manager

Job Location : Airdrie, Alberta - Canada (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client team for organizing all workshops discussions stakeholder connects
• Regular reporting on the progress of the engagement and highlight any challenges early
• Exp in leading a team of 25 member
• Exp in Salesforce implementation team management external client interaction
• Implement project management quality assurance and control procedures
• Work to ensure scope is effectively controlled in accordance with project definition
• Work closely with architect’s technical teams Business analysts to deliver project scope on time on budget and with high quality deliverables
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project technology and functionality
• Use Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates project budgets and timelines
• Exercise required controls and proposed improvements as required including quality plans issues and action logs risk management plans and change control plans for all aspects of the assignment
• Lead the delivery team drive desired professional behaviour's and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully
• Ensure business and assignment risks are identified monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success
• Should have proven track record of executing multiple projects in parallel using agile methodology
• Conduct status monitoring and reporting
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Track Monitor and report key metrics on projects
• Should understand Quality process and implementing them in projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Risk management periodic review of project risks and people risk and development of mitigating strategies
• Create sprint backlog if any conduct daily scrum
• Initiate escalations as appropriate
• Ensure project is executed as per the right methodology
