Job Title : Salesforce Program Manager
Job Location : Airdrie, Alberta - Canada (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Client team for organizing all workshops discussions stakeholder connects
- Regular reporting on the progress of the engagement and highlight any challenges early
- Exp in leading a team of 25 member
- Exp in Salesforce implementation team management external client interaction
- Implement project management quality assurance and control procedures
- Work to ensure scope is effectively controlled in accordance with project definition
- Work closely with architect’s technical teams Business analysts to deliver project scope on time on budget and with high quality deliverables
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project technology and functionality
- Use Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates project budgets and timelines
- Exercise required controls and proposed improvements as required including quality plans issues and action logs risk management plans and change control plans for all aspects of the assignment
- Lead the delivery team drive desired professional behaviour's and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully
- Ensure business and assignment risks are identified monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success
- Should have proven track record of executing multiple projects in parallel using agile methodology
- Conduct status monitoring and reporting
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Track Monitor and report key metrics on projects
- Should understand Quality process and implementing them in projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Risk management periodic review of project risks and people risk and development of mitigating strategies
- Create sprint backlog if any conduct daily scrum
- Initiate escalations as appropriate
- Ensure project is executed as per the right methodology
