Job Summary

As a Technician for our Sample Management department at the Laval location, you will be performing sample management activities and following directives from the study plans.

In this role, primary responsibilities include :

• Perform reception, verification and storage of samples using the internal manual system and / or the Watson LIMS system;
• Perform Request / Return of study samples using the internal manual system and / or Watson LIMS systems;
• Perform the preparation of the sample shipments to other locations, the archival preparation or disposition of the samples, as well as all follow-ups attached to these tasks;
• Perform Sample centrifugation and transfer Plasma / Serum into appropriate tubes;
• Prepare centrifugation documentations;
• Prepares the required material for the study conduct.
