Role summary

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing & Commercial Operations, the CRM Manager will be the primary person responsible for management of the CRM system (Veeva), while also working closely with other members of the Commercial Operations Team (Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) Manager and Business Analyst) to assess and optimize field force performance and overall commercial effectiveness. Data analysis, dashboard creation and other analytical tasks that support strategic decisions are critical aspects of this role.

Key responsibilities

CRM Management :

  • Primary person responsible for management of the CRM (Veeva) system.
  • Works in close collaboration with the Field Force, Sales Management, Marketing, Medical, Compliance and others on tasks such as : report generation, call entry management, even management, DCRs, etc.
  • Manages and optimizes the Consent Capture process
  • Works in close collaboration with global colleagues to share best practices

SFE Partnership / Support :

  • Works in partnership with the Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) Manager to continuously assess and optimize performance of the field force
  • Specific tasks may include : data analysis and visualization utilizing platforms such as Power Bi – example : call reach and frequency, performance vs. quota, etc.
  • Works in partnership with the SFE Manager and Sales Leadership to develop Sales Incentive programs, monitor progress, builds tools to calculate payouts
  • Ensures field force structure optimization, builds target lists and manages the process related to Cycle planning

    Commercial Cross-functional Partnership :

  • Works in partnership with the broader commercial Team (Sales, Marketing, Training, etc.) to contribute towards the success of our promoted assets.
  • Actively participates in the Foquest Customer Engagement Team, as required, to support decision making, creation of strategy and monitoring of execution
  • Partners with the Data Analyst to analyze data, derive key insights and propose actions
  • Participates in training of field representatives (e.g. on Veeva, territory analysis, etc.)
  • Partners with Sales Leadership on development of Field Business Plan
  • In partnership with Marketing, works on primary and secondary market research projects
  • What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and / or Science
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and / or pharmaceutical sales, CRM / data analyst role
  • Experience in CRM management, preferably Veeva
  • Experience with new product launches would be beneficial
