DMC RecruitmentBritish Columbia, CAThe Territory Sales Representative (TSR) will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts across British Columbia and the U.S. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong relationship-focused sales approach and the ability to travel as needed to engage with clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with distributors, commercial general contractors, architects, and designers, providing expert guidance on insulation solutions. They will also collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted growth strategies and execute sales initiatives that position the company’s products as the preferred choice in the market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive territory growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, offering product performance alternatives and solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and training sessions to educate clients on product benefits.
- Create and manage sales quotations while ensuring follow-up with key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and service.
