Job descriptionEducation & Experience : A post-secondary education, preferably in a technical or mechanical discipline. At least 3–5 years of experience in surface pumps, systems, or a similar field. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Proficiency in CRM software and tools like Microsoft Office Suite. Other Requirements : Ability to travel up to 50%. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving abstract.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Technical Sales Representative will include :
- Sales and Business Development :
- Provide expert advice and identify new opportunities and customers in your designated territory.
- Develop close working relationships with engineering firms, contractors, end-users, and OEMs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, maintaining relationships and driving new business.
- Product Demonstration and Support :
- Conduct in-person, virtual, and trade show demonstrations of various product lines.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, field service repairs, start-ups, and training.
- Client Engagement and Negotiation :
- Negotiate terms with clients and close sales effectively.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports, including visit reports, market updates, and sales activities.
