Job descriptionSchedule appointments for customers interested in selling or trading in their vehicles. Confirm appointments and notify customers of any changes or delays. Coordinate with acquisition specialists and managers to optimize appointment slots. Greet customers warmly and address their inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle acquisition. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Update and maintain customer records and leads in the CRM system. Ensure all appointment details and customer interactions are accurately recorded. Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and call metrics. Communicate effectively with acquisition specialists, managers, and other team members. Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicle acquisition process. Assist in coordinating vehicle inspections and appraisals. Promote additional services and offers related to vehicle acquisition where appropriate. Inform customers of current promotions and special offers. Assist with follow-up on unsold leads and customer feedback. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive sales environment is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM and scheduling tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Customer-centric attitude with a focus on achieving acquisition targets. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary. Knowledge of automotive products, vehicle acquisition processes, and trade-in evaluations is a plus. Primarily office-based with frequent use of a computer and telephone.
