Job description
Title : Senior, Contract Management
Location : North York, ON
Duration : 12 months
3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement contract management plans to ensure all aspects of assigned contracts are met, and establish measures and protocols to mitigate risks and report concerns related to contracts
- Chair the iGaming Contract Governance Committee to provide guidance and oversight on contract management within iGaming
- Manage and attend all Operational Management Committees to provide contract support and relationship governance support, and also ensure meeting minutes are captured and distributed to the relevant stakeholders
- Prepare reports on Operational Management Committees for distribution to Relationship Management Committee to appraise on the status, current activities, actions, and other relevant updates
- Initiate the creation of all contract changes and amendments and oversee the completion of the same in coordination with vendors and Legal teams D365, MS 365
Education :
University degree in commerce, accounting, business administration or related fields
