Le groupe Navada cherche un(e) technicien(ne) informatique, une personne débrouillarde, curieuse et proche des gens qui sera heureuse d’aider ses collègues à rester bien équipés, efficaces et connectés pour son équipe de Bonair à Québec.

Voici ce que t’offre comme DÉFIS :
Recevoir, prioriser et résoudre les incidents et les demandes des utilisateurs
Diagnostiquer et régler les problèmes de postes, de périphériques et de logiciels
Dépanner l'impression, la connectivité locale et les outils de collaboration
Préparer, configurer et déployer les postes de travail et les appareils mobiles
Assurer l'accueil technologique des nouveaux employés et récupérer les équipements lors des départs
Maintenir à jour l'inventaire du parc informatique
Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements
Coordonner les réparations sous garantie avec les fournisseurs
Soutenir les utilisateurs pour l'authentification et les accès
Appliquer les pratiques de cybersécurité et sensibiliser les utilisateurs
Documenter les interventions et enrichir la base de connaissances
Former les employés à une utilisation efficace et sécuritaire des outils
Participer aux projets de migration, de déploiement et de standardisation
Ton profil :
Diplôme en informatique ou combinaison équivalente de formation, de certifications et d’expérience pertinente.
Minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente
Maîtrise de Windows, Microsoft 365 et du réseautage de première ligne (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
Rigueur, autonomie, sens du service et esprit d'équipe.
Français parlé et écrit; anglais fonctionnel.
