The Senior Compensation Survey Analyst at TELUS Health focuses on conducting the annual Canadian Salary Survey, and Salary Projection Survey, covering the full breadth of the surveys, from preparation and launch to analysis and delivery. Duties include communication with clients to encourage participation and resolve data issues, data analysis and report production.

Responsibilities :

• Update Canadian Compensation Survey data submission materials annually, as needed.
• Co-ordinate with IT on updating Wynford websites.
• Data collection follow-up including cash forms, proxies, and aging factors.
• Data auditing / cleaning at the organization and global levels
• Data analysis and report production
• Monitoring of the compensation consulting inbox
• Assist in conducting the annual Salary Projection Survey
• Assist with the Benefits Report, including data auditing, analysis, and report production.
• Provide customer service to client inquiries regarding TELUS Health’s surveys.
