Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Min 4+ years of experience in network deployment, administration, and troubleshooting Expertise in configuring and managing Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and Aruba network devices. Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, VXLAN, EVPN). Proficiency in network security technologies (firewalls, IPS / IDS, VPNs, NAC solutions). Hands-on experience with wireless networks (Aruba ClearPass, Cisco Wireless Controllers, 802.1X authentication). Experience with network automation (Ansible, Python, Terraform) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud networking ( Azure) and scripting knowledge (python) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure across multiple vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba).
- Configure and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks for enterprise and data center environments.
- Perform network upgrades, migrations, and expansions while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement network security policies, access controls, and monitoring solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal network configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate networking solutions with business applications.
- Provide documentation, network diagrams, and knowledge transfer to operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Support network automation and scripting initiatives (Python, Ansible, etc.).
