Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR ), you will be a driving force behind VoIP.ms’s growth by identifying and acquiring new customers. You will focus on outbound sales activities, building pipelines, and generating net new monthly revenue. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting & Lead Generation :

  • Research and identify potential customers (telecom resellers, MSPs, WISPs, independent telecom providers).
  • Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and messages.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand customers’ needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects and convert them into real opportunities.
  • Pipeline Building & Account Management :

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage and nurture customer portfolios and ensure consistent cumulative revenue growth.
  • Efficiently forecast new revenue acquisition.
  • Reporting & Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and align on messaging.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Ensure client onboarding with the help of various internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal technical resources to address complex customer requirements.
  • Requirements :

  • 1–3 years in sales, business development (B2B), or similar roles (preferably in SaaS / Telecom industries).
  • Speak French and English fluently.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Being organized and meticulous
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills.

    En tant que Représentant du développement des affaires, vous jouerez un rôle moteur dans la croissance de VoIP.ms en identifiant et acquérant de nouveaux clients. Vous vous concentrerez sur les activités de vente et la génération de nouveaux revenus mensuels. Ce rôle convient parfaitement à une personne autonome ayant une passion pour la vente et un talent pour bâtir des relations.

    Responsabilités principales

    Prospection et génération de prospects :

  • Rechercher et identifier des clients potentiels (revendeurs télécom, MSP, WISP, fournisseurs télécom indépendants).
  • Initier des approches via des appels à froid (cold call), courriels et messages .
  • Planifier et mener des appels de découverte pour comprendre les besoins des clients et qualifier les opportunités.
  • Qualifier les prospects et les convertir en opportunités concrètes.
  • Création de funnnel et gestion de comptes :

  • Développer et maintenir un pipeline de ventes robuste.
  • Gérer et entretenir des portefeuilles clients pour assurer une croissance continue des revenus cumulatifs.
  • Prévoir efficacement l’acquisition de nouveaux revenus.
  • Rapports et collaboration :

  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes de vente et de marketing pour affiner les stratégies d’approche et harmoniser les messages.
  • Fournir des rétroactions régulières sur les tendances du marché et les besoins des clients.
  • Assurer l’intégration des clients avec l’aide des différentes équipes internes.
  • Collaborer avec les ressources techniques internes pour répondre aux besoins complexes des clients.
  • Exigences

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en vente, développement des affaires (B2B) ou rôles similaires (idéalement dans les industries SaaS / Télécom).
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
