Job description

As a Business Consultant, you’ll work directly with OEM clients to analyze their business needs, identify challenges, and develop strategies to achieve their goals. You’ll use your expertise in automotive retail management, collision, or insurance to provide actionable insights and practical solutions that empower our business partners to make informed decisions and optimize their operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop tailored strategies and recommendations to address client challenges
  • Work closely with clients across Canada to implement solutions and monitor progress
  • Provide expert advice on business development, process optimization, and organizational growth
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings with stakeholders (virtual and on-site)
  • Monitor market trends and industry best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in business consulting, management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience with project management tools and software is a plus
  • Travel Considerations :

  • Domestic travel estimated up to 40%

    Responsabilités :

  • Effectuer une analyse commerciale approfondie pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration
  • Élaborer des stratégies et des recommandations sur mesure pour relever les défis des clients
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients à travers le Canada pour mettre en œuvre des solutions et suivre les progrès
  • Fournir des conseils d'expert sur le développement des affaires, l'optimisation des processus et la croissance organisationnelle
  • Animer des ateliers, des présentations et des réunions avec les parties prenantes (virtuelles et sur site)
  • Surveiller les tendances du marché et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie pour assurer des solutions de pointe
  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients, en assurant un haut niveau de satisfaction
  • Qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe (Maîtrise préférée)
  • 3+ ans d'expérience en conseil d'affaires, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Solides compétences analytiques avec un esprit de résolution de problèmes
  • Capacité avérée à développer et à exécuter des plans stratégiques
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et relations interpersonnelles
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe collaborative
  • L'expérience avec des outils et des logiciels de gestion de projet est un atout
  • Considérations de voyage :

  • Voyages domestiques estimés jusqu'à 40%
