US Payroll Specialist (Contract)

Your success will be defined by your ability to :

• Process end-to-end payroll for multi-state US employees on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure the payroll to union and non-union employees adheres to collective agreements and legal requirements
• Ensure accuracy of employee records, timekeeping data, and payroll calculations
• Stay current with payroll regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments on payroll-related issues
