POSITION OVERVIEW
Waypoint is seeking a highly motivated Mobile Road Advisor to join our client-focused team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in servicing client insurance needs through in-person visits at dealerships across British Columbia. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about client service, eager to develop into a producer role, and who enjoy the flexibility and variety of working on the road. As a subsidiary of a well-established insurance brokerage experiencing significant growth, we are expanding our team to better serve our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & SERIVCE
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing expert advice to ensure they receive the most suitable coverage.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by proactively anticipating their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Manage and process policy renewals promptly to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Provide support to clients throughout the claims process, helping them navigate and resolve any issues that arise.
- Offer guidance and assistance to ensure clients have a smooth and efficient claims experience.
