We value hearing from individuals who possess : Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management Strong Leadership and communication skills Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers) Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
Experience with clienteling advantageous Basic Technology Skills Pay Range : The Pay Range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 annually (based on skill set and experience) We welcome talent with diverse experiences, ideas, and skills.
