We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), and possess exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary liaison between RevUp Dental and assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of project objectives according to clients' requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and development, and to meet client expectations.
• Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients regarding project progress and milestones.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.

Minimum Skills and Competencies :

Salary $50,000 per year to start.
