As a Learning Developer , you will support the Learning Design COE by developing engaging and accessible learning solutions for a diverse learner audience. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will build and foster relationships with Learning and Performance colleagues, business partners across various lines of business, and external vendor partners to create impactful learning experiences. With a creative and innovative approach, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive learning initiatives and enhance performance.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Learning Design colleagues to estimate work effort and timelines for proposed solutions, providing recommendations to enhance the learner experience.
- Utilize best-in-class methodologies and innovative technologies to develop learning solutions across various modalities (instructor-led, virtual, digital).
- Design and develop learning assets such as web-based learning modules, job aids, participant guides, infographics, and other instructional materials.
- Independently create graphic design elements based on requirements provided by Learning Design colleagues or business partners.
- Ensure learning assets align with core values (including diversity & inclusion), accessibility standards, templates, branding, and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Lead quality assurance (QA) and testing routines in collaboration with Learning Design colleagues and vendor partners to ensure digital assets function as intended.
- Manage workload effectively to meet project deliverables efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project status with key stakeholders, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, and escalating issues as needed.
