We are currently searching for a dynamic Compliance Agent to join our Montreal office. Reporting to the General Manager, Montreal Operations, the Compliance Agent will be responsible for coordinating and controlling all inland operations compliance documentation by tracking carrier and supplier records, and regulatory equipment maintenance. Tasks and responsibilities ROLLING EQUIPMENTProduce and distribute the weekly inspection report (MVI + PM).Update AS400 and Excel table of received inspections.Coordinate documents of new rentals and returns.COMPLIANCE OF CARRIERS Obtain and organize all documents relevant to inland transportation, before hiring.Audit driver records in terms of permits and administrative requirements.Update the drivers' Excel table.Update and analyze the Excel file of daily logs (register).Update and analyze walk-around inspection reports.Prepare and transmit communications related to compliance management.PAY OF CARRIERS Prepare carriers' pay (local and long haul).Obtain and organize all relevant documents.Update the control Excel table.Email the PDF statement to the drivers, than archive the file with all related docs. ISAAC On Real Time - ISAAC On RecordDrivers creation.Vehicles creation.Advise and provide ESL contact info for software installation to all new owner operators.Keep the equipment file up to date.Daily review of possible violations.Provide the drivers quarterly IFTA reports.Assist the drivers with any ISAAC issues. OTHERSPrequalification and compliance of Inland providers (carriers, parking spaces, etc.).Replace the Inland Administrative Clerk, as assigned.Perform other related duties, as requested. QualificationsPost-Secondary degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inland Transportation compliance and / or related experience.Computer literate.Knowledge in accounting and electronic office system.Bilingualism (English and French).Accounts payables experience (an asset).
