Are you a people person with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an Account Manager to take charge of client satisfaction, ensure smooth machine orders and project delivery, and lead commissioning strategies in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Here is how you will add value to your role :

  • Be the go-to person for clients in your territory, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to deliver amazing results for our clients.
  • Manage contracts and orders from start to finish, ensuring clear expectations and smooth delivery.
  • Lead commissioning efforts to ensure everything runs perfectly on-site.
  • Manage contracts and ensure all technical specifications and obligations are met.
  • Resolve client issues, keep things moving, and ensure everyone stays happy.

Other stuff we look for :

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or other related field.
  • Certification in Project Management is considered an asset.
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • A detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for client success.
  • Experience with ERP environment; we use Syspro
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French

    Vous avez le sens des relations humaines et la passion de faire fonctionner les choses en douceur ? Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de comptes qui sera chargé de la satisfaction des clients, veillera au bon déroulement des commandes de machines et de la livraison des projets, et dirigera les stratégies de mise en service dans un environnement agréable et dynamique.

  • Être la personne de référence pour les clients de votre territoire, en établissant des relations solides et durables.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les services des ventes, de l'ingénierie et des opérations afin d'obtenir des résultats exceptionnels pour nos clients.
  • Gérer les contrats et les commandes du début à la fin, en veillant à ce que les attentes soient claires et que la livraison se fasse sans heurts.
  • Diriger les efforts de mise en service pour s'assurer que tout fonctionne parfaitement sur le site.
  • Gérer les contrats et s'assurer que toutes les spécifications et obligations techniques sont respectées
  • Résoudre les problèmes des clients, faire avancer les choses et veiller à ce que tout le monde soit satisfait.

  • Baccalauréat en affaires, en ingénierie ou dans un autre domaine connexe.
  • Une certification en gestion de projet est considérée comme un atout.
