Job descriptionPossess excellent communication skills Exhibit an interest in providing excellent customer service Have strong organization and time management skills Have a basic knowledge of computers and data entry Have a positive attitude Work well in a dynamic team based environment Previous switchboard experience in a professional environment will be considered an asset.
