We are currently seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our team!
What we are doing to keep you safe :
Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals
Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use
Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments
Qualifications :
Possess excellent communication skills
Exhibit an interest in providing excellent customer service
Have strong organization and time management skills
Have a basic knowledge of computers and data entry
Have a positive attitude
Work well in a dynamic team based environment
Previous switchboard experience in a professional environment will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service via telephone
Qualify and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
Ability to fulfil a variety of shifts between the hours of 7am and 9pm (5 shifts between Monday and Saturday)
