Job description

Our valued public sector client is hiring three Senior M Consultants to provide technical support on a SharePoint migration projec t.

Background :

The organization is planning a large migration from SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online. This initiative requires the migration of over 27, sites. The group is in need of the following skillsets; SharePoint Online Technical Architect, Power Platform and SPFx Developer, and a M Global Tenant Administrator.

Tasks :

SharePoint Technical Architect

Design the end-state architecture for SharePoint Online including site collections, hub sites, permissions model, taxonomy, and integration points, ensuring alignment with organizational governance, compliance, and scalability requirements.
Configure tenant-level and site-level governance policies including permissions boundaries, sharing settings, retention policies, and auditing to protect data integrity and meet regulatory obligations before content is moved.
Define the migration approach, tools, and sequencing (e.g., content inventory, mapping, transformation, validation) and oversee the setup of migration infrastructure, including authentication, connectivity, and data transfer configurations.

Power Platform & SPFx Developer

Design and build custom SPFx web parts, extensions, and application customizers to replace or enhance legacy SharePoint functionality, ensuring compatibility and responsive design within SharePoint Online.

Rebuild legacy SharePoint workflows, forms, and lists by evaluating where lightweight Power Platform components (e.g., Power Automate for notifications) can complement custom SPFx solutions

Implement secure data integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors to connect SharePoint Online with line-of-business applications and databases, supporting modern, scalable business processes.

M Global Tenant Administrator

Set up tenant-wide settings for Exchange Online , SharePoint Online, Teams, and other M services.

Configure and maintain user identities, roles, and permissions in Entra ID to ensure secure and efficient access to Microsoft services.

Design and enforce Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies in Entra ID to protect organizational data and meet compliance requirements.

Must Haves :

Relevant Microsoft Certifications (i.e. MS- , AZ- , SC- , etc.)
