Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Operations Specialist on a 12 - month contract.

In this role, the responsibilities include being able to track progress on Wealth Real Estate Planning / Strategies. This involves collecting renovation requirements from businesses, understanding if the renovation has strategic benefits, and being able to build a business case to proceed. At any given time there may be 30+ requests nation wide that requires follow-ups and understanding on progress. The individual must be organized and obtain timely updates given the changing environment in real estate.

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role :

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to) :

  • Assigned to multiple corporate real estate projects (project activity varies from day to day)
  • Booking meetings
  • Requirements gathering
  • Conducting proactive and thoughtful conversations with branches (able to understand reasoning behind requirements)
  • Drafting, reviewing, vetting communications with different lines of business
  • Providing feedback on communications and ensuring they make sense
  • Tracking corporate real estate projects in Excel to provide updates (no formulas or pivot tables needed)

Qualifications

Project Coordination / Administration : 1 year (Required)MS Excel : 1 year (Required)Financial experience : 1 year (Required)

Education / Certifications

Undergraduate Degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources or relevant
