SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

• verifying condition and weights of materials and products
• cleaning work areas and equipment as well as performing other labouring and elemental activities

ACCOUNTABILITY :  Reports to the Production Supervisor

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

Forklift experience an asset

WHIMIS or First Aid tickets, (asset, however, training will be provided)

Demonstrated ability to follow safe work practices and procedures

Able to problem solve and use critical thinking and decision making skills

Able to follow oral and written directions

Able to function well in a team environment and to communicate clearly with others

Being flexible and adaptable

Having a proactive / preventive approach

Able to work with minimal supervision

Being punctual and reliable

Experience in a similar environment would be a definite asset
