Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Account Manager (CAM) to join our client's team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between their creative team and a high-profile client, ensuring the successful execution of packaging design projects for a diverse portfolio of over 3,000 SKUs. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, packaging and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience, and a solid understanding of the design process. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization, collaborate across international teams, and grow into senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client and creative team, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
  • Manage multiple packaging design projects, ensuring they are on track to meet production deadlines and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative designs for new products and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide updates to the client, clarify project requirements, and communicate progress.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to managing high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 2-5 years as a Creative Account Manager, preferably within the retail or CPG industries.
  • Skills :
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Expertise in packaging design and production workflows for CPG products (3000+ SKUs).
  • Thorough understanding of the design process, including creative development and production.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Adept at using project management tools (proprietary systems).
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
