Job Description :  We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering services and a passion for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in Qualimet services.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the engineering team based on client needs and market trends.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical sales or business development role, preferably in the engineering services industry.
  • Strong understanding of materials engineering, welding, and inspection services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
