Are you a Bilingual professional (French OR Spanish & English) seeking a partially remote job opportunity? Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent Bilingual Alert Management Specialist (French OR Spanish & English) position with our client, a global leader in workplace safety based in Calgary, AB.

As the Alert Management Specialist , you will manage safety incidents efficiently and conscientiously from onset through to resolution.

  • Location : Calgary, AB Hybrid
  • Pay Rate : $47,000 / year
  • Shifts : Monday - Friday 12 pm - 8pm Flexible
  • Flexible to work night shift or overtime when exceptionally needed
  • Job type : Full-time Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the safety of our customers' personnel.
  • Manage emergency alerts and follow escalation protocols professionally, with efficiency.
  • Respond to emergency situations with calm and confidence.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support when an alert is triggered.
  • Monitor weather and road conditions where customers are working alone to keep them informed of potential issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Minimum 5 years of Customer service or dispatch experience
  • Fluent written & spoken English is required
  • Fluent / native speaker level in written & spoken French OR Spanish is mandatory
  • Flexible to work night shift or overtime when exceptionally needed
  • Strong computer literacy, experience with Teams and Outlook is an asset
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Valid First Aid and CPR are an asset
  • Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic to handle a high volume of client interactions with diligence, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure.
