- Drive sales results and achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and key metrics to inform business decisions

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, General Manager, or business owner in a retail environmentStrong people leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and retain teamsSolid understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and customer service is a must!Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to improve resultsComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail settingHigh school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or retail management is an assetExperience using POS systems and inventory management toolsKnowledge of visual merchandising and in-store presentation standardsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredCorporate Culture
