Our client is looking for a hands-on Internal Operations Project Manager to support their international offices and keep day-to-day projects running smoothly.
This is not a construction, engineering, or technical project management role! It is an in-house operational Project Manager focused on people, processes, communication, and coordination across global teams.
Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Roll out company processes, tools, and strategies from head office into our global offices.
- Identify where global team leaders are struggling (communication, workflow, or systems) and help fix it.
- Act as the main contact for the international offices you will ensure they get support, training, and answers quickly.
- Work with each region (Asia, Europe, Latin America, etc.) to build simple plans to grow their market.
- Build trusted relationships with international teams so projects run smoothly.
- Keep documentation up to date and make sure all offices follow and meet the same standards.
- Run regular meetings to check progress on goals and projects.
- Help teams use CRM tools (HubSpot and Apollo) and project management systems more effectively.
- Report clear updates to the CEO and leadership about performance, progress, and where improvements are needed.
The successful candidate has :
A degree in business, economics, communications, or a related field.3+ years in project management, operations, coordination, or a similar role.Strong organizational and communication skills; you’re the person who will keeps things moving.Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.Strong relationship-building skills with teams across different cultures.Experience using CRM or project management tools is an asset.Self-driven, detail-focused, and eager to grow.Compensation and benefits :
